Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Deposit and Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your treatment. 2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded if this term is not met. 3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show or failure to notify us of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
