Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit and Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your appointment for the Manicure Shape & Shine treatment. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled treatment to receive a refund of the deposit. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. 3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show or failure to notify us about a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
